Here’s a thought-provoking opinion piece that appeared in the New York Times, by Lara Bazelon, the director of the criminal juvenile justice and the racial justice clinics at the University of San Francisco School of Law. Although a self-described feminist and a Democrat, she described how Betsy DeVos’s proposed Title IX reforms take important steps to fix the problems Bazelon sees in the existing system.
